In late spring and early summer, I designed a book proposal. The copy was written by Ashley Zappe, and I made all of the illustrations in gouache paint. This is the entire alphabet that would be used in the book. I am taking my second Make Art That Sells Course (MATS) this year, which is the Assignment Bootcamp. We do one assignment every month that has a focus on a type of illustration project that is popular. We also analyze color palettes, textures and it's a basic jumping off point for studying and connecting with other illustrators. I'm usually able to keep fairly busy, but August is wrenching it up a notch. I just started the Make Art That Sells Illustration Bootcamp that will run for three months, as well as many other projects that I unfortunately can't post on here yet.

The last month I upgraded to the new iPad Air and finally bought the Apple Pencil. So, I have been diving into Procreate which has been fun but also a lot of information! Here are a few of my illustrations below, but the best way to see my new work is to subscribe to my Instagram page.
