ABOUT THE CARDS:
This assorted Christmas card pack includes eight cards: two designs each of four original paintings by Dawn Wheat. The paintings are "Holly", "Tree In Snow", "Cactus In Snow", and "Poinsettia".
Envelopes included. Cards are glossy coated, and 4.25 X 5.7 inches. Each card is blank, except for the "Holly" designs, which reads: "We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year!"

Ampersand Winter Promotion

I was chosen to have my work displayed on the winter promotional signs, for Ampersand Artist Panels. This is really the only type of wood surface I use anymore for my paintings, although sometimes (rarely) I use pre-pared canvas in sheets. The sign turned out great! A big thank you to Ampersand and I hope that you will check out their products at your neighborhood art store!

It is now possible to order high-quality prints of three of my paintings from “The garden Series”: “Painted Apples”, “The Cherry Tree”, and “The Tree of Life.” All of the prints are slightly smaller than the original, and have been scanned professionally by Carr Imaging in Albuquerque, the best producer of giclee printing for artists. If you have any questions, please let me know! I’d love to hear from you.

I have been working hard the last few weeks to create a new website for artist Carmen Sharpe, and finally it is up! I created this website using Dreamweaver CS5, and we uploaded it to Godaddy.com web hosting. This is the first time that Carmen has her art up on the web!
I also helped her, by:
Creating a Facebook page so “fans” could keep up with her latest art & news.
Helped her create an online store on Etsy.com, a blog, and a contact form, so that customers can contact her directly with questions or comments!
Scanned all of her images at high resolution and color corrected them. When that phase was completed, I burned the images to a cd for her records.
Helped develop a logo based off of the design Carmen had already been using.
