I started putting together the book project today, with the submissions that I have gathered thus far. The selection is outstanding and I'm really excited about the quality! Stephanie and I thank everyone that has donated their painting, photography or writing so far. I would also like to urge anyone out there that if you would like to participate, there are still about ten spaces left in the book. So please, send me your work today to painting_fool@hotmail.com as a 300 dpi jpeg. The finished book will be 7" x 7" — a great size for gifts or stocking stuffers this year. And remember, all the profits from this project will go to help support my friend Stephanie, so that she will be able to travel and visit friends this coming year. Thank you!

I've joined the database of www.crewnewmexico.com, New Mexico’s leading film resource! It is a database for individuals or companies that either work in or serve the community of New Mexico filmmakers!

I have started to switch gears in my painting, and some of the new works feature plants specifically on display at the Albuquerque Botanical Garden. This is a new piece that I just finished last week, which is a rendering of water lilies.

On October 17 from 8am - 12pm, I will be joining the crew from Ridgecrest Yoga to help the KUNM fun drive. We'll be manning the phones during that time and taking your pledges to help support public radio in Albuquerque.
